We'll be sending brands a form enabling them to draft details of proposed advertising and marketing campaigns in relation to which they would like influencers to create and upload social media content. To upload a Campaign brands will be required to add certain details and criteria about the Campaign, including but not limited to:

The date or time period in which the Influencer is to upload their Content to their social accounts
Terms of payment
An application is an offer by an Influencer to you including a specific pitch, relevant examples of previous work, relevant social handles and additional information to support their application.
The HBC shall have no involvement with negotiations, any terms agreed or any involvement in the contractual relationship between brands and the Influencers. We highly encourage Brands to draft a Campaign Agreement with individual Influencers. We will not in any way review or approve these documents and it is your responsibility to ensure they are suitable for the Campaign.
You agree that all information you submit when creating your campaign is accurate, complete and not misleading, and that you shall immediately inform us of any changes to or inaccuracies in such information. This includes but is not limited to: a responsibility on you to ensure that any Content includes the necessary hashtag requirements that exist in respect of all applicable advertising standards and regulations.
You will be responsible for all communication with the influencers. This includes but is not limited to: written agreements, payments, task completion and amends and content creation.
We shall have no responsibility for any act or omission by any Influencer in any way whatsoever, including their compliance with any Campaign Agreement or the processes set out in these Terms.
The HBC will be sending the Brand a form to create a campaign draft, as well as select relevant influencers for the brand
We will carefully select Influencers within our network to match the Campaign and present the Brand with a list of influencers.
It is the Brand's responsibility to look at the Influencer's previous work and to confirm that they are happy with the selection of influencers we have provided before the Campaign officially begins.
Once you have assessed the list, we'll ask if there are any change Brands would like to make to the selection. This is the Brand's chance to make any edit to our list of influencers Once the list has been verbally approved, we'll be contacting Influencers to gather their addresses. This acts as a confirmation, after which the Influencer is formally confirmed as part of the campaign.
The HBC will carry out negotiations, payments and terms agreed in the contractual relationship between brands and the Influencers.
Once influencers agree to take on an assignment, they are legally bound to carry out your task. If they do not complete it within the time frame agreed, they will not be paid and we will find a suitable replacement for the assignment.
Influencer only gets paid on completion of project.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Depending on the nature of each Campaign, you will pay to us a different fee:
Our self-service campaign fee includes the set-up and publication of listings to be shared with the entirety of our network, as well as promotion of newest opportunities to our influencer database. We are not responsible for the number of influencers applying for a specific campaign.
Our general and deluxe Campaigns include Influencer Fees, which we collect on behalf of the Influencer; and commission on the Influencers
Campaign fees may include add-ons such as editorial and social promotion
If you fail to make any payment to us in accordance with these Terms, we may charge you interest at the rate of 4% above Barclays Bank UK plc’s base lending rate in force from time to time. Such interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the date the sums became due.
The ownership of Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights in each Content shall be as provided for in accordance with the Campaign Agreement.
To the extent the use relates to the Campaign and to your marketing activities, you may use the name of a Influencer with whom you have entered into a Campaign Agreement in association with the content of each Content produced by that Influencer.
Intellectual Property Rights of each piece of Content are still owned by the individual Influencer
You grant us the right to use any content, material or branding provided or made available by you, including but not limited to: the Content, Campaign, logos and other branding as we require in relation to the provision of the Services and in order to create reports and case studies. termination.
