Self-service campaigns allow our brands to take reins of the campaign. We vet our brands before we approve them, meaning you are left to accept or select campaigns from only the best.
You'll be responsible of pairing with brands, writing agreements, completing tasks and requesting payment - get ready to meet brands you’ve never worked with before (and maybe start of a long relationship with them!). Communicate directly with brands to ensure campaigns are exactly right for you and tailor it to your own brand
We'll be with you every step of the way to answer questions and provide tools for you to work through each campaign in the most efficient way possible.
Can i negotiate brands budgets?
Of course. You may wish to offer discounts to brands when booking more than 1 piece if content. Please only accept their offer if you’re comfortable with their price offered. Remember to focus on the value of your followers, the value of those who engage on your profile and your influence score outside of your social media are all considerations that need to be taken into account. We have a base formula on our FB group, but please feel free to adjust accordingly to that.
HBC Managed Campaigns
On a micro-managed campaign, we'll be contact influencers directly, handle all communications and fulfil payment on behalf of brands. We'll be providing guidelines, budgets and tasks to be carried out, as well as communicate directly with the brand and fulfil management for you. We are combining collaborations and talent management under one roof.
How is the compensation of HBC managed campaign worked out?
We compare your overall following with the data from Woomio. We then assign individual influencers to a tier depending on reach, engagement, frequency of posts for the selected platform for the campaign as well as relevance for the audience. We believe every content creator is different; the value of your followers, the value of those who engage on your profile and your influence score outside of your social media are all considerations that need to be taken into account.
Budgets are calculated based on the tier of the influencer as well as our admin, communication and logistics work as an agency. We handle all communications with the brand, hold the brand to standards as well as protecting your creative work. We take care of payments (within 7 days of completing the task), any issue or concern in the working relationship between blogger and brand, and maintaining advertising and marketing standards.
We also provide influencers with a mini report of the performance of their own assignment for their portfolio.
Why do influencers get paid after the work has been completed?
We are on a mission to make influencers more responsible for their work, as well as creating more meaningful brand / influencer relationships. Once you agree to take on an assignment, you are legally bound to carry out your task, otherwise you will not be paid.
If you do not complete it within the time frame agreed, we'll have to find a suitable replacement for the assignment.
